PAYMENT: If your registration required payment (it would have displayed a total) please use our standard donation portal, linked below, to submit payment now. Simply enter the amount in the box and select ‘Make Room’ in the dropdown. Registrations without the required payments will not be valid and event admission may be denied. If you registered to participate virtually no payment is required.
CANCELLATIONS: As this is a fundraising event and participants register knowing they are supporting a non-profit, we will not be issuing refunds should in-person events be canceled due to COVID-19, a natural disaster or any other such circumstance. We will instead be offering those registrants the opportunity to participate virtually instead.
